Usage Instructions
Before applying the dye:
- Clean thoroughly the leather item you are about o dye
- Remove any soiling, any old care products or dye residues as well as any greasy substances, especially from within creases. Solvent and discharge dye products or leather cleaner products are ideal for the task
- You may need to repeat treatment with solvent depending on the leather condition. Places that have not been thoroughly cleansed will prevent even dye penetration, and the dye might start flaking off
- Shake the Morello leather dye vigorously before use
- Try out the product on a less conspicuous patch of leather e.g. the inner side near the sole of the shoe. Depending on the base colour, the result may yield a different result from the intended
- Only ever apply Morello leather dye on smooth leathers
- You may not be able to remove the product completely from shoes, clothing, floors or other surfaces, so use with caution
When applying the dye, use the brush that comes with the product and handle with great care.
After applying the dye:
- Leave long enough time for the dye to dry completely
- Wash the brush with plenty of water
